We understand the importance of detail, and for that reason, we do our best to provide you with accurate images and descriptions of our products.

Please remember that screens and devices reproduce colours differently, and we cannot guarantee an exact colour match.

Exchanges

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind. We do not offer an exchange sale items. If there is a fault with your product, we will happily replace the item, including return postage. If you have ordered the wrong size, we will gladly exchange your item, with these conditions:

  • Postage back to us, and postage for the new product is at your own expense.
  • The product must be received in it’s original condition unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with any tags attached. Your item will be inspected before an exchange is issued.

Postage/Shipping

Most of our stock is ready and available to order. We can be quite busy, so please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed. 

DOMESTIC

For small items, we post by via regular, untracked mail through Australia Post (unless otherwise arranged). All bulky items are posted via Parcel Post and will be issued with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, ZaraDee Boutique does not accept responsibility for loss or any damage to your package.

We can arrange for Express Post or tracking at an extra charge. Please contact us to arrange.

INTERNATIONAL

All items will be sent via an International Post Satchel. A tracking number will be provided once goods are dispatched for tracking purposes.

Pre Orders

Any item marked as 'Pre Orders' are on their way to us, or are a special order. For all Pre Orders, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Pricing

All pricing of products and for shipping on our website will appear in Australian dollars. Pricing may be subject to change without notice. Prices include GST.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is used only by our TopKnot Girl team for the purpose of processing your order. 

We will never give out, or sell your information to a third party, or record any transaction details. Your details are protected by our SSL payment gateway server.

Payment is required via Credit Card or Paypal. TopKnot Girl will not be responsible for any costs associating with bank fees or exchange rates.

Payment details are private, and only held by the bank or institution processing the sale on our behalf.
